Life is Precious

The last 12 weeks I have been overwhelmed by the love and support that I have received after Donna’s sudden death. It has nudged me gently to look at time as a precious series of moments that determine my quality of life. Whenever we don’t make our health a priority the most common reason/excuse is “I don’t have enough time.”

Alan Cohen, in his book A Course in Miracles Made Easy asks “If you were to leave this world now, would you be satisfied with how you have spent your time? If not, what would make your remaining time here more meaningful?” He recommends taking an honest inventory at the end of each day and ask yourself “what would you do differently tomorrow to make your precious time count?”

Be well. Do what heals you.
